What a difference....

I preach to my clients about implementing tools to help their business work better with less. Sometimes it's a painful process, as money is hard to find these days and the technology tools aren't always cheap. As for my business, It's hard to practice what I preach as I'm so busy working I tend to ignore the needs of my office. But I finally took a step, not to have my staff as the cobbler's children. I finally invested in a good phone system. I implemented Fonality through Dell http://dell.fonality.com/. So far I'm very excited about this product. For an IT person, way easy to install and program. Their support has been awesome.

What a difference...Now I have extensions, voicemail, forwarding to cell phone, voicemail messages coming to my cell phone, VIP call forwarding and so much more..

The system will grow with my business..My staff loves it. I can have extensions at their houses too so if they have to work from home we can reach them seamlessly for our clients.

New Year's resolution...to keep staff happy, because happy staff = happy clients...
